SpringHill Suites Columbia Downtown The Vista

I think the best moment we had while at the hotel was talking with Shirley one morning at breakfast. She really has a presence about her that immediately welcomed us, and she made us feel like part of the family. (Please let Shirley know we remembered her) I could have chatted with her all day! :) The muffins and sugar waffles at breakfast are also absolutely delicious. We also thought the beds in the room were very comfortable. The water pressure in the hotel feels like a massage! I really can't think of anything to complain about. We had a really good time!

The hotel was extremely clean throughout. Everything about the property is fantastic. From parking to being able t walk to everything. The bar is fantastic mostly because if 3 dollar top shelf Thursday and the bartender Jace. He is too notch and genially a great guy. The hotel staff from house cleaning, maintenance up to the front desk and management are above all others. Extremely friendly and genuinely enjoy what they do and it crosses over into guest services. Way above and beyond to make sure everything was good. With all of the traveling we do hands down the best stay we have ever had. So good we decided to stay two extra days just to enjoy.

Comfortable room, great breakfast

They gave me a card that had the wrong room number listed. It was for the 5th floor and I was on the 3rd. I figured this out when I went to the 5th floor and that room was occupied. I also didn't like that my credit card was already ran for the room as I was told about a deposit not pulling out for the night when I wanted to use a different method of payment.
